The Flintstones

Her grandfather tells her, don’t sit close to the television; you’ve seen this episode before. Gazoo is seen for the first time in Flintstones history. He doesn’t tell her anything when she sings along to the theme song, her bum wriggling in her seat, eyes excited. She waits patiently for Gazoo, Fred, Wilma; her best friends. They are the ones in the cluttered room with her. She sits, and watches them on the television screen feverishly, blind and deaf to the hours stripped away by laughter.
